Course Description
Spiritual yoga is when the breath, body and brain all act in harmony to serve the light within. This class will help clear any stress or strain that hinders the courage and joy we all need to serve humanity in these complex times. An intelligent practice of asanas including standing and seated poses will relax and energize your body. Shree B.K.S. Iyengar cultivated this system of yoga to enable all ages to find an appropriate and inspired practice.

Lisa Walford holds a Level III-Iyengar teaching certificate and has been teaching in Los Angeles since 1982. She continues her studies annually with the Iyengars, in Pune, India, and teaches worldwide.
