Course Description

The practices of twisting and inversions help to rejuvenate the flow of energy along our spine. When we are fatigued, usually the energy around the spine and the intervertebral disc are dry and stiff, which can create sluggishness and fatigue in the system. Twisting and inverting help to increase space along the spine and flush fresh blood to the intervertebral disc transforming one's energy level. Joan will guide this 50 minute practice all at the wall to help stabilize your hips and align your bones so energy can flow in a more optimal way! All levels welcome and props encouraged! If you have more time, pranayama and some seated postures would make a nice closing to this practice.
