Course Description
We will take our time with each posture for an Autumn Yin class, holding for longer to get deeply into the connective tissue, releasing tension and old emotion. Ending with a long relaxation.
At the start of the class, Linda will advise how to set up your space and some props you will need, so you may wish to watch the intro before settling yourself into the practice.

Based in Scotland, Linda is a 200hr RYT teaching Seasonal Yoga (currently exclusively on Zoom). She is a warm and inclusive practitioner, marrying an exploration of the emotions and mental states of the seasons alongside the physical practice.
