Course Description
In this 30 minute class of gentle vinyasa, we will start with a “tonglen meditation” to practice the balance of “giving and taking” and continue with simple heart openings to support the cycle of energy flow between us and others.

Nihan Hantal is a yoga teacher and studio owner based in Turkey, Istanbul. She teaches vigorous vinyasa classes, paying attention to the details and alignments like her teacher Cyndi Lee. Her practice contains the cultural values of local Indian people she met while living in there for a period.
